Laura Ellis-Lai has received a Texas State University Award for Excellence in Online Teaching for her summer 2020 Technical Writing course. MATC graduates Samantha Casertano, Meghalee Das, John (Jack) McClellan, and Jenna Mount will present findings from research conducted in the program’s Editing the Professional Publication course at the 9th International Conference on Technical Communication. The presentation is titled, “Examining the Value of Technical Communication Graduate Degrees in Non-Academic Professions.” The virtual conference will be held on January 29th and hosted by Clillac-Arp Research Laboratory and Paris Diderot University.
